We partnered for 6 months on Product Marketing, Branding & Websites, and Sales Enablement
The Challenge
SoSafe felt the brand looked generic, clinical and wasn’t representative of the current product. Our goal was for the new brand to feel modern, easy to navigate and steer away from a typical security company.
The first month of our engagement was spent thoroughly understanding their brand, product, and go-to-market strategy. To further align on how they envisioned their new branding and place in the market, we guided SoSafe through foundational workshops including personas, Jobs To Be Done, brand positioning, product positioning and messaging, and naming exploration. From this initial engagement, we drove alignment across the team and finalized their key value propositions, differentiators, and led their brand refresh.
Once foundational work was complete, Olivine started executing on product marketing strategy. During this period, we also created a new Sales Deck.
Once SoSafe entered into a retainer with Olivine, the added flexibility allowed us to provide product marketing consultation, execute copywriting for their new website, and apply the brand refresh across a variety of sales enablement materials.

The Deliverables
In close collaboration, Olivine delivered key deliverables and consulted on major milestones during a high-growth period for SoSafe (Series B, rebrand, new website).
For foundational product marketing strategy, Olivine delivered a Personas & Jobs To Be Done Deck and Product Positioning & Messaging Guide.
The brand refresh consisted of creating a new logo, color palette, and visuals, accompanied by a Brand Positioning Guide and brand book. Olivine then applied the new branding to a variety of assets.
Olivine strategically reviewed and fully redesigned SoSafe’s investor deck.
For sales enablement, Olivine created a new Sales Deck and applied the brand refresh across materials including one-pagers and decks.
Lastly, Olivine helped execute copywriting for SoSafe’s new website across 11 pages, as well as created strategic messaging frameworks for future use.
